Go and Love is more than a campaign to do good; it is a way of life. It will help you build a lifestyle of servanthood. It is great way to teach your kids the value and meaning of loving and serving others.
This is a list of opportunities for you to make a difference in your schools, teams, workplaces, neighborhoods, and city.
Handing out water bottles to construction workers.
Writing letters to firefighters, policemen, government workers, or just random people on the street.
Tip your waiter/waitress more than normal.
Pay for someones food in the drive-thru behind you.
When it’s summer and hot, give out cold Gatorades or water to your mail carrier and garbage men.
Host a “garage giveaway.” Team up with three or four families to have a garage sale. But instead of selling the items, give them away. If the opportunity arises invite them to church.
Bake goodies and take them to the police station, fire station, hospital, etc.
Take a box of doughnuts to your local elementary school’s office.
Have you and your family wash a neighbors car.
Make a complete meal for the parents of a new baby on the day they came home from the hospital.
Offer to babysit for free.
Write letters to soldiers overseas.
Pay for someones groceries.
Leave quarters at a vending machine or meter.
Free Water/Lemonade stand at parks/beach areas.
Treat friends or family to dinner.
Carry water in your car to give to homeless people you see.
Serve at a soup kitchen.
Serve at a shelter.
Make two lunches and give one away.
